Please take a few minutes to read through these important updates before National Sign-Up!

📋 Completing Paperwork Ahead of Time?
National paperwork is available in advance. If you choose to complete and bring your paperwork with you, you MUST follow the instructions exactly.

​

⚠️ Paperwork that does not meet National requirements will not be accepted, and you will be required to complete the paperwork during National check-in and have it notarized on-site.

📄 Contestant Information Page / National Waiver
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY!

🚨 This document MUST be printed FRONT AND BACK on ONE sheet of paper.

This is a National Office requirement and is NON-NEGOTIABLE.

If you arrive with the form printed on two separate pages—even if it is completed and notarized—it will NOT be accepted. You will be required to complete a new form and obtain notarization at Nationals.

✅ The W-9 may be printed and completed ahead of time. It is only one page.

 

🔗 EQuest Event Portal
After final results have been posted, ALL contestants must:

✅ Log in to your EQuest Event Portal
✅ UNLINK your National Portal
✅ RELINK your National Portal

This is where you will:
• Register for your National events
• Select jackpot options
• Complete your National registration

💳 This portion MUST be paid online with a debit/credit card. No exceptions.
❌ No cash or checks can be accepted for this payment.

📱 You MUST bring a receipt or screenshot showing payment/completion. You cannot continue through the National sign-up process without proof.

🏕️ Stalls, Stall Mats & Camping
These forms MUST be in person at National Sign-Up

These forms:
• Are carbon-copy forms
• Go directly to Sandhills Global Event Center in Lincoln
• Cannot be completed ahead of time

💵 Payment for stalls, mats, and camping may be made by check.
❌ Credit/debit cards cannot be accepted for these items.
