Contestants and
Families: On page 24, rule 7 of your National rule book, it states: Only
contestants will be allowed to register complaints and these must be placed
first through the Contestant Event Director, National Director or Arena
Director before the end of the performance or slack in which the question
arose.
Rules 14-16, page
25: No contestant may talk to a judge or timer in any way while an event is
going on. Questions may be addressed to the judge no sooner than at the end
of the event for that performance. Any contestant violating this regulation
may be disqualified by the judges or arena director.
Parents, your
contestant could be disqualified if you register a complaint on behalf of
the contestant.
ATTENTION PARENTS
OF CONTESTANTS
If
your son/daughter medical releases or vet releases out of an event/rodeo,
you must call that rodeo secretary 24 hours before the rodeo starts to be
eligible for an entry fee refund. You must call all rodeos you will be
releasing out of. Then you have FIVE (5) days to get the release to Nancy
Edelman. If you can't get a doctors appointment before that, please call her
and let her know. Any releases not received within that 5 day period will be
considered a turnout and you will be fined. This is in the Nebraska Rules
that were included in your membership packet. Please take time to read all
information you are given.
