Director Meeting

August 8, 2009

All directors were present. Also present were Brian & Barb Sanford, Cliff Macomber, Jim Wakefield & Cory McFadden.

Minutes of the June 26 & 28 meetings wee approved, as well as the Financial Report.

Discussion on Goat ID/ear tag system. Motion was made to use the goat ID's, if available, as the draw number, and that number be used as the draw number. Passed

Discussion on the Financial Report & upcoming calendar costs.

Discussion on the Point System used to figure All-Around Titles at qualifying rodeos, and year end. Motion was made to use the same system in qualifying rodeos and for year end. Passed.

Committee assignments were made for the 2009-2010 year.

Winter Banquet was discussed. It will be held in North Platte on November 7, 2009.
