Director Meeting

August 22, 2009

Meeting called to order with all directors present except Hinman and Butterfield.

10 day meeting notice was waived.

Minutes were read and approved.

Once again, the All Around point system was discussed. Parents spoke on both sides of the point system.

A break in the meeting was called at 8:30, for the performance. At 4:10 the meeting was reconvened. Student President and Secretary reported on the student meeting, with the majority of the students being in favor of the new system. After discussion, an opinion poll was taken, with the weighted system winning 22-8.

Motion was made to go into executive session. Motion was made to come out of executive session.
