April 7, 2009 Conference Call

Meeting called to order with all Adult Directors, Student President Callie Schafer and both secretaries present.

Minutes and financial reports were approved.

Motion made to buy 17 saddle certificates from Tod Slone Saddles. Motion passed.

Report on awards for state finals. Denim jackets were ordered for National Team.

Hastings proposed a State Entry Fee. Motion made and passed to not have an entry fee.

The association will make the student directory and sell them for $5.

National Directors expenses were approved.

Mark Peterson reported on the FFA convention and the presentations that the NHSRA members gave.

Motion made to buy new box pads. Motion passed.

Calendar Incentives will be given out at McCook and a safety seminar will be held on Sunday morning.
