CONTESTANTS

1. Some members were listed as Non Members for the first couple of rodeos, so their points may not be showing up in the standings. If you or your son/daughter notice that their points are not right, please email Nancy at nbedelman@bbcwb.net or call her at 308-458-2431, so it can be made right.

2.  If you are getting Fence Post subscription renewal notices, please disregard. If you have paid your dues for the 2010-2011 year, you will be on the Subscription List. Please contact Becky if you AREN'T getting the Fence Post.

3. Make sure your shirts are tucked in, and your sleeves are buttoned before you enter the arena for competition. A barrel racer at Lexington was disqualified for having her sleeves rolled up during competition. Don't let this happen to you. Shirts must be tucked in when you start competition.

4. A list of turnouts, med releases and vet releases for each rodeo are available on the Results page. If you are on this list, and owe a turnout or haven't turned in a med/vet release to a rodeo secretary OR me, please contact Nancy for details.

5. If you haven't gotten your number yet, it will be at the first rodeo you are competing in. There is a list of all contestants HERE, as of 9/02/10

PARENTS

1. Junior class parents: Monique Nelson is heading the Gold Buckle Table at the Banquet. For those that have not attended the banquet, this is a complete 8 place table setting, along with centerpiece and gift bags, set up by the Junior class as an additional fundraiser for scholarships. Raffle tickets are sold by the Junior Class, and the night of the banquet, a winner is selected. That winner gets everything on the table.
