NEBRASKA HIGH SCHOOL RODEO
JACKPOT GUIDELINES

• Must be entered in the event at that rodeo to enter jackpot

• Must be entered in the jackpot before stock is posted. Barrels and Poles may be entered before event starts

• Jackpot is completely OPTIONAL to every contestant.

• Fees will be $10 per event with 100% payback

• Number of entries determine places paid

• Last place will never be less than entry fees

• Maximum number of placings will be four

• If last place is below entry fees, we will move up to the next pay scale

• If less qualified times/scores that payoff - the payoff will be adjusted accordingly

• If payoff is 4 places and only 3 qualified times/scores, then 3 places will be paid

• If only one time/score, he/she will take total money of that event

• If no times/scores the jackpot will carry over to the next jackpotted rodeo in that event

• Pay fees in Cash. Payback in Cash. Pay scale:

• 4 Places: 40%, 30%, 20%, 10%

• 3 Places: 50%, 30%, 20%

• 2 Places: 60%, 40%

• 1 Place: 100%

Boys Event: Kathy Cover

Boys Events won't be jackpotted unless there are 5 entries in that event. Jackpotted on Saturdays.

Girls Events will be jackpotted on Sundays. It is the contestants (or parents) responsibility to find Amy to enter. She is willing to take entries on Saturday evening. Any questions, call Amy at 402-238-2925
