RELEASE AND HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT

I acknowledge the inherent risks which are involved in riding and working around all rodeo livestock, (horses, bulls, ect.) and related facilities and equipment.  The risk may include, but are not limited to, damage to personal property, illness, bodily injury, trauma, or death resulting from a fall or while riding or being in close proximity to said livestock.

I therefore agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hughes R&R L.L.C and everyone involved (stock contractors, sponsors, employees, property owners, vendors, contestants. volunteers, spectators, or any independent person or organization involved) in this event from any liability or responsibility for any accident, injury, damage, or death to the participant or any damage to property of the participant.

I acknowledge the reading and understanding the following warning required by Nebraska Law:

UNDER NEBRASKA LAW, AN EQUINE PROFESSIONAL IS NOT LIABLE FOR AN INJURY TO OR THE DEATH OF A PARTICIPANT IN EQUINE ACTIVITIES RESULTING FROM THE INHERENT RISKS OF EQUINE ACTIVITIES, PURSUANT TO SECTION 25-21,249 TO 25-21,253.
