The fund-raising campaign for 2010 will again be the sale of 12-month calendars featuring event champions, National Qualifiers, state finalists and other highlights of 2008-2009. The proceeds from the sale of the calendars help to fund the activities of our Nebraska High School Rodeo Association. The buyers of each calendar will also have the opportunity to win cash prizes in weekly drawings for $40 each, several holiday drawings for $200 each and a $1000 drawing at State Finals in June. Buyers can be multiple winners!
As a NHSRA member, you may earn prizes as well! EACH MEMBER WILL BE REQUIRED TO SELL SEVEN CALENDARS TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR PARTICIPATION IN QUALIFYING RODEOS. A reward program has been established as an incentive for members to sell more than the seven calendars required. Each calendar contains a ticket that must be completed and all tickets, monies and unsold calendars must be turned into Lori Schafer no later than March 1, 2010 to be eligible for sales rewards. REMEMBER: THESE ARE IN ADDITION TO THE SEVEN CALENDARS YOU MUST SELL! The first three levels of incentives are for calendars sold and turned in prior to January 1, 2010. The fifty calendar and above levels are for members selling and turning in tickets before the March 1, 2010 final deadline.

January 1, 2010 20 calendars sold $50 scholarship
30 calendars sold $100 scholarship
50 calendars sold $350 scholarship
75 calendars sold $425 scholarship
March 1, 2010 100 calendars sold $500 scholarship
125 calendars sold $750 scholarship
The member selling the most calendars over 125 will qualify for a $1000 scholarship. (The $1000 scholarship is the maximum a member can earn in the March 1st level.)
Members will be eligible for one reward from each of the January 1st group and the March 1st group if requirements are met for each level.
It is the responsibility of the members to contact an adult director in your area to pick up calendars. You will be responsible for payment or the return of ALL calendars. Please DO NOT SEND CASH, do not staple monies to tickets, complete ALL requested information on the ticket stub and make sure money and tickets sold balance. Please submit calendar stubs and money in a reasonable amount of time after making the sale.

The Association will not be obligated to provide calendars to members after March 1st. Any member not submitting calendar monies prior to March 1st will owe the minimum sales requirement of $140 plus a $60 late fee that must be paid before an entry will be accepted.
